to come back

The problem with PDF-only reports

No follow-up: Once the PDF is sent, the patient relationship ends. No reminder to re-test, no reason to return to your lab instead of a competitor.

Patients don't understand: They Google their results, panic over normal variations, or ignore serious flags because nothing explains what matters.

No differentiation: Every lab sends the same PDF. Patients choose based on price and location, not loyalty or service.

The same PDF, plus a link that explains it

Nothing the lab already does is removed. The patient still gets the PDF on WhatsApp, and in the same message a private link that reads it for them.

How it works

From the lab to knowing what to do

01

Your lab finishes the tests

Same lab, same sample, same signed PDF as always.

02

PDF + private link on WhatsApp

Both arrive in one message. The link opens with a one-time login on your number.

03

A plain summary first

How many values are normal and how many need attention.

04

Flagged values light up on your body

The view zooms to the organ, so you see where the value comes from.

05

Tap to understand

What it means, what usually causes it and when to see a doctor — with the lab's own range.

06

One timeline

Past reports sit together, so you can see whether a value is improving.

What your lab gets

🔄

Patient retention

Automated re-test reminders bring patients back to your lab, not a competitor. Track trends across reports on your branded dashboard.

🎨

Brand differentiation

Every report carries your logo and colors. Patients remember the lab that helped them understand, not just test.

⚡

Zero workflow change

Upload finished reports or connect your LIS. Your technicians and pathologists do nothing different.

💰

Tiny cost per report

Pay per report or monthly subscription. The cost is small enough to justify as patient service — and retention pays it back.

📲

WhatsApp delivery

PDF and dashboard link arrive together on WhatsApp. No app to install, no login friction for patients.

🩺

Clinician-reviewed guidance

Food and lifestyle suggestions are written or reviewed by qualified clinicians. Nothing replaces doctor advice.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Do I still get the normal PDF?+

Yes. The signed PDF arrives on WhatsApp as it does today; the dashboard link comes in the same message.

Who can see my dashboard?+

Only you. The link opens with a one-time login on your WhatsApp number. A clinic sees your history only if you give consent.

Is this a diagnosis?+

No. Nivarun explains and flags values against your lab's own range. Always confirm with your treating doctor.

Who writes the food suggestions?+

They are written or reviewed by a qualified clinician — starting with our founding pathologist. Anything involving medicines, pregnancy, children or seriously abnormal values says “see your doctor”.

Can I use a report from another lab?+

Yes. Upload an old report to get the same dashboard; this is part of the optional paid plan.
