Turn waiting time into
a doctor's summary
An AI assistant interviews the patient in a quiet room while they wait. The doctor opens the consult with a one-screen summary instead of a blank page.
The consultation time problem
Patients wait, then rush: Long queues create frustration. Once inside, the doctor spends 5 minutes on basic questions, leaving little time for diagnosis.
Doctors start from scratch: No patient history on screen. Every consult begins with "What brings you here?" and "Any allergies?" — questions already asked at previous visits.
Paper forms get lost: Intake sheets pile up, get misplaced, or stay illegible. History is rebuilt from memory at every appointment.
Answer once, before you see the doctor
While you wait, a short interview asks about your concern, medicines and past visits — so the doctor starts with your history instead of the basics.
- Sees a one-screen summary before the patient walks in.
- Writes the prescription and lab tests in Nivarun.
- Prescription goes to the patient on WhatsApp; lab orders go to the lab; all saved to the timeline.
- Patients out of the city get the same flow as an online consult.
- Questions per specialty, and how many.
- Branding, languages, and where the assistant is installed — website or app.
- What the doctor sees in the summary.
From the lab to knowing what to do
Your lab finishes the tests
Same lab, same sample, same signed PDF as always.
PDF + private link on WhatsApp
Both arrive in one message. The link opens with a one-time login on your number.
A plain summary first
How many values are normal and how many need attention.
Flagged values light up on your body
The view zooms to the organ, so you see where the value comes from.
Tap to understand
What it means, what usually causes it and when to see a doctor — with the lab's own range.
One timeline
Past reports sit together, so you can see whether a value is improving.
What your clinic gets
Save 5-10 minutes per patient
Doctors start with history, allergies, medications on screen. No repeated questions, more time for actual diagnosis.
Turn waiting into value
Patients answer while they wait, so the time feels useful instead of frustrating. They feel heard before the door opens.
No more paper forms
Digital intake means no lost forms, no illegible handwriting, and history available at every visit.
Specialty-specific questions
Configure question sets per specialty: dermatology, orthopedics, gynecology, or general practice.
Private & secure
Data stays in your system. The AI collects and summarizes — it doesn't diagnose or give medical advice.
Tablet or patient's phone
Works on clinic tablets in the waiting area, or patients can complete it from home before arrival.
Perfect for
Multi-doctor clinics
5+ doctors seeing 100+ patients daily. Long queues, rushed consultations. The intake copilot turns waiting time into prep time.
Specialty clinics
Dermatology, orthopedics, gynecology — each needs different questions. Configure once, use for every patient in that specialty.
Hospital OPDs
Outpatient departments with multiple specialties under one roof. Standardize intake across departments while customizing questions per specialty.
Free when your lab is a partner
You never pay to see your own report. A paid plan is optional.
Questions, answered plainly
Do I still get the normal PDF?+
Yes. The signed PDF arrives on WhatsApp as it does today; the dashboard link comes in the same message.
Who can see my dashboard?+
Only you. The link opens with a one-time login on your WhatsApp number. A clinic sees your history only if you give consent.
Is this a diagnosis?+
No. Nivarun explains and flags values against your lab's own range. Always confirm with your treating doctor.
Who writes the food suggestions?+
They are written or reviewed by a qualified clinician — starting with our founding pathologist. Anything involving medicines, pregnancy, children or seriously abnormal values says “see your doctor”.
Can I use a report from another lab?+
Yes. Upload an old report to get the same dashboard; this is part of the optional paid plan.
